This easy to make dish can be adapted depending on your taste of veggies and proteins.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Serano Pepper
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1 tbsp feta cheese

PREPARATION

  • Cut up cucumbers
  • Dice 3 tomatoes
  • Slice serrano pepper
  • Cook chicken breast with your choice of seasoning
  • Put in a salad bowl
  • Add olive oil and feta on top
