Option 1 - No return or exchange:
We do not accept any return or exchange unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide details of the product and its defect.
When we receive the returned product, we will review it carefully and notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time if its defect entitles you to a refund or replacement. If you are entitled to a refund or replacement, we will replace the product or refund its purchase price, depending on the original method of payment.
Option 2 - Permitted refunds:
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase if you present your receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since the date of your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Once we have received the returned product, we will review it carefully and will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time if you are eligible for a refund. If you qualify, we will refund the purchase price according to the original method of payment.
Only items with current price can be refunded. Items sold at reduced prices are non-refundable.

Refunds do not cover the shipping and handling charges shown on the packing slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be paid in advance, and you also have to pay the insurance costs. You are responsible for any loss or damage to equipment that may occur during shipment. We can not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The amounts reimbursed will therefore not include the cost of delivery.

2. Delivery locations

3. Delivery time
An approximate delivery time will be provided when you place your order. Delivery times are only estimated and are calculated from the date of shipment and not from the date of the order. They are intended as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Except in exceptional circumstances, we will spare no effort to ensure that your product is delivered within  business days of your order date. The working days mean Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. Please note that we do not ship on [Sunday].
The delivery date may vary depending on the courier's shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and ordered items.
4. Shipping costs
The shipping costs are $ 9.99 in Canada and $ 14.99 for the rest of North America. We also offer free shipping on orders of $ 99 and up.
Sales tax is billed according to the province or territory where the item is shipped.
5. Items damaged during transport
If the packaging is damaged in any way upon arrival, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and include a photo if possible.
